Originally from the Northern Territory, we moved to Queensland in October 2024 to take over Spring Creek Pet Boarding, a family-run business dedicated to providing a safe and secure place for your pets to stay while you’re away.


Our team is not only highly experienced but also deeply passionate about caring for animals, ensuring a comfortable and loving environment for every pet. With 24/7 on-site management, we’re committed to giving your cats and dogs the attention and care they deserve.


As owners of high-drive working-line dogs ourselves, we understand the unique needs of different pets and are equipped to provide specialized care. We’re also incredibly proud of our spacious grassed exercise yards, offering plenty of room for your pets to run, play, and enjoy outdoor activities.

  • What are the accommodation options for my pet at Spring Creek Pet Boarding?

    At Spring Creek Pet Boarding, we offer a variety of accommodation options to suit your pet’s needs. For dogs and cats, we provide single or family units, ensuring plenty of space and comfort. For dogs with destructive or escape artists tendencies, we also have kennels with fenced roofs and dig-proof runs to ensure their safety. All our accommodations are clean, secure, and designed to prioritize your pet's well-being and comfort during their stay.

  • Can I bring my dog's own food and bedding to Spring Creek Pet Boarding?

    Food:

    We supply dog kibble and fresh chicken mince for dogs. However if you wanted to bring your own food please see the dog boarding for instructions on bringing food. 


    Bedding:

    1 bed and 1 toy per dog. Please see the dog boarding page for more information regarding dog bedding. 

  • Can I bring my cat's own food and bedding to Spring Creek Pet Boarding?

    Food:

    We supply cat kibble and wet pouches. However if you wanted to bring your own food please see the cat boarding for instructions on bringing food. 


    Bedding:

    1 crate and 1 blanket per cat.

  • Is there someone onsite at Spring Creek Pet Boarding 24/7 to attend to my pet's needs?

    Yes, we are a family run business and live on site.

  • What is the vaccination requirement for pets staying at Spring Creek Pet Boarding?

    Dogs: C5 - Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, Kennel Cough

    Cats: F3 - Parvovirus, Herpesvirus, Calicivirus


    We require all pets to be up-to-date with vaccinations.

    Most vaccinations have a 14 day innoculation period. Ensure vaccination boosters are administered before or on expiry.


  • How often will my pet receive exercise and playtime while at Spring Creek Pet Boarding?

    We provide exercise and playtime for all of our guests at least twice daily.
