Christmas Deposits

Holiday Booking Policy Update

To secure all Christmas and school holiday bookings, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required by 1st December each year. Bookings will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received.

We recently discovered that deposit information was missing from some confirmation emails — our sincere apologies for any confusion this may have caused. As we have an extended waiting list during peak periods, paying your deposit ensures your pet’s place is fully secured.

Once logged in, you can pay the 50% deposit or the full total.
