Spring Creek Boarding Kennel and Cattery is a family-run business, with our home located on-site near our kennel and cattery complex. With extensive experience in animal care and a long history of managing large kennels, we are dedicated to providing a safe, enriching environment where pets feel loved and well-cared for.

Our team has a deep understanding of high-drive, working-line dogs, and currently, our own family includes two Cocker Spaniels, two Labradors, and one German Shepherd. Joining them is our “office dog,” a non-working line rescued Jack Russell mix who keeps us company and is always ready for a cuddle.

We are incredibly proud of our 27 grassed exercise yards, where we ensure that all pets have plenty of space to run, play, and roll around. Despite some of our guest dogs’ best efforts at excavation, we maintain these areas meticulously, adding water play, toys, and food games to keep pets engaged and happy. It’s our commitment to make their stay with us a positive and memorable experience, filled with all the little details that make them feel at home.

And then there’s Felicia. While living in Uluṟu, a community cat appeared in our yard one day and decided she was part of the pack—even with our six dogs! Felicia became a fixture of our lives and even made it onto the Spring Creek Pet Boarding sign alongside Franklin. When we moved to Queensland, a close friend mentioned his daughter wanted a cat, so Felicia found a loving new home where she could roam freely and bond with her new little friend.
